These are placeholder seller terms for development. They will be replaced with legally reviewed terms before launch (see the Phase 6 human checklist).

  • You are the merchant of record for your sales via Stripe Connect.
  • The Platform charges a percentage fee on each sale and renewal.
  • You must have the rights to sell the digital access you list.
  • Prohibited products are not permitted (see the prohibited products policy).
  • You are responsible for delivering the access you sell and handling tax obligations.
